I previously came to Kura for the omakase dinner and returned for lunch this time. The lunch menu is $20 for chirashi, bento, sashimi or sushi set that varies from day to day depending on what fresh ingredients are available.
Chirashi ($20)
It was a hard decision as I creepily watched other patrons eat their bentos and sushi sets, which were equally tempting. My two friends and I all opted for the chirashi, which is a bowl of sushi rice topped with various sashimi and garnishes (selection varies daily). Every piece of sashimi was so fresh and the portion was more than generous.
